• Please make the charge/allegation as unrealistic as possible. The last thing we want is someone to believe they are being arrested for an actual felony. Snitches and jailbirds are free to create their own phony charges as long as they are in good humor and taste.

• Kangaroo Court is meant to be fun, so please keep the spirit of the event and keep the charges respectful of the jailbird. Please inform the person ahead of time that they will be arrested and that the times will be suitable. We will not take the jailbird against their will.

• Examples: Bad Hair, Fashion Citation, Golf Fraud, Trafficking Caffeine, etc.

• The jail will consist of FREE catered food and drink while the Jailbird waits to be bailed out. There will be a Judge on hand to set bail and mug shots will be taken and given to Jailbird. Jailbird will be authorized to call friends and co-workers to raise enough money to make bail and be released.
